1.application of universal tensile testing machine?
The testing machine can performs elongation, tear strength,peeling force, resistance, bending force, shearing, Constant load,Constant stroke, three-point bending, four-point bending of metal,non- metal,and compound material. It is used to analyze and test materials in following industries: hardware, metal, plastic, rubber, footwear,leather, garment, textile, building material ,nonconductor, wire&cable, terminal and so on.
This machine applies to tension, tearing, peeling force, compression and adhesion test for many materials.And it is with build-in printer, can print the testing date, time, maximum, average and minimum value.
2.theory of universal tensile testing machine
Place the sample between the upper and lower fixture, use a given speed to pull the upper fixture upward, and the upper load cell with sensor to check tensile strength and convert the strength into voltage sign and output to the display screen. And the strength value will be displayed automatically on the mircomputer.
